Reservation Info
- ALL rooms are at the discounted rate of $111 per night. Rooms sell out quickly. Make your reservation as soon as possible. Cut off date for discounted room rate is March 29, 2012, based on availability.
- To make reservations call (800) 228-9290. You must mention that you are reserving for the New England Music Competition being held at the Boston Marriott-Newton on April 13, 14, and 15 in order to receive the discounted rate.

What to do when you arrive
- Please register at the registration desk located in the lobby of the Marriott. When you enter the hotel you are on the 4th floor. Upon arrival each contestant, along with their family, should stop at the Registration Desk and pick up their prepaid program and souvenir for each contestant.
- Check in time is 4:00 and check out time is 12:00 noon. Since the ATAM reserves a large portion of the rooms at the hotel, many of the rooms are usually ready before the check in time
REMINDER: The $15.00 Family Registration Fee that was added to each contestants entry fees includes (1) program per family and (1) souvenir for each contestant. Extra programs will be available to purchase for $10.00 each. Musical items will be on sale outside the Grand Ballroom. Proceeds go towards the ATAM scholarship fund.
Parking at The Marriott Hotel
- There is no charge for anyone attending the New England Music Festival.
Additional Information
- Lunch will be sold each day outside the Grand Ballroom. Breakfast, lunch, & dinner are also available in the restaurant.
- There is a pool, exercise room, and lounge. Please bring your bathing suit!
