When you get there
Please register at the registration desk located in the hotel lobby of the Marriott upon arrival, where contestants can pick up their prepaid program and souvenir (covered by the family registration fee). Extra programs will be available for purchase.

Some rooms are usually ready before the check-in time (4:00 pm). Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Musical items will be on sale outside the Grand Ballroom. Piano items are on sale outside of the Commonwealth Ballroom on the second floor. Proceeds go toward the ATAM scholarship fund.

Lunch will be sold each day in the lobby. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are also available in the restaurant. And don't forget to bring your bathing suit--the hotel has a pool and exercise room!
